All PPO Health Insurance Policies are accepted. . All services provided at the clinic are covered
by standard health insurance policies. . In-Network
and Out-of-Network coverage. . Blue Cross Blue Shield: In Network
Coverage Our office is In-Network with BCBS and is registered as a preferred provider. . All
Other PPO Policies: Our office honors In-Network benefits for all Out-f-Network
PPO policies based on individual coverage. Out-of-Network PPO patients are given
the same In-Network co-pay and deductible amounts to which they would have with an In-Network provider. . All HMO Policies: Our office is not a provider to any HMO
network plans. Cash plans and payment plans are avaliable.
